As the Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Tower Automation Alliance’s brand, furthering its strategy and expanding its growth on key markets. You will work to craft and shape a message that inspires other tech companies to join us in the tower business digital transformation, and devise effective strategies to engage with them. Your success will be measured by the effectiveness in growing and engaging our community, while bringing clients on board.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for driving engagement strategies, developing campaigns based on different value propositions, coordinating content marketing and communication activities; managing online marketing channels, energizing our community and executing the Digital Marketing & PR plan, with a particular focus on the following areas:

  • Position the Tower Automation Alliance brand as the leading open partnership for automation for telecom towers. Develop brand strategies that grow our brand, raise awareness, recognition and brand equity across the globe.
  • Develop holistic marketing communication strategies and tactics through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate branded value propositions aligned with industry insights.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement partner and customer oriented growth marketing activities and strategies.
  • Lead meetings with marketing managers from our partners from across the globe.
  • Host engaging events such as webinars and workshops with customers, prospects and partners alike.
  • Create highly accurate, curated and SEO-oriented content.
  • Find new and relevant ways to reach stakeholders and maximize the number of partners and customers enrolling in our initiative.
  • Track and analyze the execution and effectiveness of campaigns to measure success, adjusting marketing campaigns and strategies as needed. 
  • Communicate reports on relevant data, benchmarking, feedback and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Power our marketing funnel to drive convert visitors into leads and leads into customers.
  • Coordinate PR activities, assess and suggest speaking opportunities to increase brand awareness in the telecoms media landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging online messaging, content and marketing assets.

What you’ll bring:

  • You are a tech-savvy, data-driven marketing and communications professional.

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, PR or Journalism.
  • 2 years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
  • Experience defining strategies, developing and implementing campaigns, and coordinating marketing, communications and PR activities across various online channels.
  • First-hand experience in the telecoms sector is a fantastic asset. And we mean fantastic.
  • Basic knowledge of the deep-tech sector (IoT, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence)
  • Experience in creating graphic and audiovisual content.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Able to work independently on both strategic and operational activities in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Any other language is a plus.
