Quality Policy

ATREBO, S.L. aims to highlight its company policy of orienting its management and work system in the field of Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Software projects, specialising in the business sector, to the complete satisfaction of its customers.

The management of ATREBO, S.L., aware of the new rules of competition within the European Union, as well as the trends that are gradually being introduced in matters relating to quality, wishes to embark on a new phase in which quality brings together all our efforts. It will be our unwavering goal to work at the level set by the international standard UNE-EN-ISO 27001:2017, in order to ensure that our products and services comply with the standards, regulations and customer specifications that apply to them in each case.

It is our decision to market only products and services that satisfy the customer, to establish capable processes and to comply with an information security programme.

ATREBO is committed to protecting the information of employees, customers and other stakeholders, and ensuring that it is handled in accordance with the principles of information security: confidentiality, integrity and availability. Information security is a strategic priority for us, and all employees, suppliers and collaborators must follow the policies and procedures established to protect information assets. In line with the decision and commitment expressed, the Management undertakes to provide the material and human resources necessary to achieve the aforementioned objectives.

This Quality Policy is reviewed for its continued suitability and will be communicated to all ATREBO, S.L. staff through internal communications.

Quality is the objective and responsibility of all staff at ATREBO, S.L., in all processes related to the Company’s activity. Convinced that Quality will help us achieve a system of continuous improvement, Management will review the System annually, using our Policy as a frame of reference, with specific and quantifiable objectives that will help to measure and evaluate the improvements achieved.

I request that the staff of ATREBO, S.L. accept and comply with the provisions of this Manual, and I delegate overall responsibility for supervising the effectiveness, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality System to the Quality Manager.
