From planning to the activation of a site
The Rollout module supports every step of the process, from planning to the activation of a site offered to customers.
Although TREE Platform comes with already established processes, it is possible to modify and customize them according to the operational or regulatory needs of each operation (built-to-suit).
Rollout Process in TREE
The Rollout solution in TREE Olivo involves different workflows, thus involving different profiles. The most relevant business objects within the rollout process (locations, inventory items, work orders, contracts, etc.) appear at the appropriate times within the process, and the flexibility of their configuration allows them to be adapted to the client’s needs.
Acquisition
Step 1
The deployment needs are defined in the planning, either by own initiative or by clients requests (built-to-suit). Then, a search of candidates is carried out and once they have been selected and validated by the different operational areas, the negotiation process starts.
Legalization Process
Step 2
After obtaining the right to use the land, the legalization of the site can be launched to obtain the necessary licenses to build the site. The legalization process is the least likely to be standardized, as it is highly dependent on the local legislation of each country, even of each municipality, so a wide level of flexibility is required to allow adaptation to each case.
Installation of Civil Works
Step 3
The legalization of the site allows the start of construction and the subsequent installation of the necessary equipment so that the site can be considered active. After completion, the civil works must be checked and certified by the client.
Metrics and KPIs
All the data linked to the Rollout module can generate preconfigured dashboards or can be exported for subsequent linkage with any intelligent data processing tool. Therefore, TREE allows the interaction with the database to create graphs and interactive dashboards in real time.
